My screen reader pronounces it that way, so I took a shot in the dark that it was accurate, and it was. Yeah!

Most people here pronounce it in the Dutch way, which is really annoying, since the nickname was created by an English girl.

It didn't sound incredibly dutch to me, and I couldn't do a dutch accent to save my life. I wouldn't wanna speak Denglish...

Re: Recording equipment, I'm not picky, lessed you began broadcasting for us, which I doubt will happen. Your little mp3 recorder is enough, or hell, if the Netherlands has a voicepost number...
