Haha, glad you had a nice time at your concert anyway! And good luck with the broadcast - it sounds hard and incredibly awesome!

I did enjoy it. I think had you been there with me, you would've walked out of the show in full on bruce fandom. Yea for the boss!

re: broadcast, the longest I've ever done is four hours. Though the longest I'e ever seen anyone do is 33. Comparatively, my seven's a drop in the bucket, but it's a bit deal for me, a personal best, if you will. I'd be appreciative if I caught you listening/writing in at some point during the show.

That's quite an impressive statement, since I'm not that fond of Bruce. xD

Well, 7 is impressive as well. And I'll be sure to tune in, if you just give me a heads up when you're broadcasting, I'm likely to forget *hides*

Five years ago, I couldn't stand Bruce. Couldn't stand the voice, couldn't stand the music style, just couldn't stand it. Then, my friend Bob brought out Springsteen live from Giant Stadium, a well-recorded Bootleg. I had previously heard him and our mutual friend Glenn covering "Waiting on a sunny day", a song I'd never heard, and I dug the hook. When I heard the way Bruce commands a crowd, in particular in the middle of Badlands where they start singing, on their own, unprompted, and the fact that Springsteen's voice has really improved over the old days, that was it, a new convert to the land of Brucedom.

Re: Broadcast, I'll remind you. There will be more entrys that remind the general public as well.

I get mentioned in your journal so often! I feel honoured LOL.

And thanks for giving the Dutch time too, lol. In case I somehow forget to wish you good luck before, which often happens to me unfortunately, I'm already wishing you good luck now for the radio show! And I'm definitely tuning in somewhere around 18/18.30 :)

You do, don't you? Well, don't think it's gonna stop because you noticed, or anything. LOL. I thank you for the good luck, and I'm looking forward to doing this show, very much so.
