This is gonna suck...I hate Eye doctor appointments, they tend to hurt like hell. Thanks for the good wishes. *hugs*

And you're welcome for the reminder.

How unfair is that? You get a network for trying to get sight? There are so many things wrong with that sentence.

It was more of a "we have some hope for something, so let's do something in celebration" deal. My parents are impulsive people, and I'll put it this way, I should've made this clearer, I don't honestly understand it. I kept asking them why, etc, but they didn't give me a strait answer.

And it's not as if this is something I actually want. I'm scared shitless that I'm going to need to relearn everything, take a year off of my life to get used to this new sensation...I think that's one of the reasons they're doing this as well, because they know that, even this test to make sure I am a candidate, is something I absolutely do not want to do. However, seeing as this won't have any results besides telling them anything, I'm going to go along with it.

I'm sure we probably have a difference of opinion on this, I believe you have *some* vision, whereas I have absolutely none. You have to understand my feelings on the matter to understand what my parents just did.

OMG I don't have vision, you crazy banana! Well, I have light perception. And yes, I think we kind of have a difference of opinion about this; however, I totally undrestand where you're coming from. Lol I'm just teasing you. Because being bribed at your age, and with something as amazing as a network, is just...wow. Lol.

Light perception counts. I don't even have that. And I don't understand it...It's just...I know you were teasing now that you told me, but it seemed a little close to the bone, you know? They say "never turn down a gift", and if my parents want to get Krista and I matching Netbooks, then they might as well. It's their decision, you know?
