Dun-dun-duuuun, in this week’s Merlin,
"A Lesson in Vengeance," Gwen is now a bad guy doing Baglady!Morgana’s bidding. Actually she’s so good at doing Morgana’s bidding, she manages to pick up on the precise Hamlet-themed poisoning instructions from Morgana going “here, take this” while dressed as an old woman, so that’s rather clever of her.
Presumably to cover up the bird’s nest that is now her hair, the hoodie on Morgana’s cloak is getting bigger and more helmet-like by the week. By the end of the series she’ll have gone full Vader.
Still, Arthur recreating the Death of Marat when Gwen poisoned him was a nice visual. I’m not sure who that little reference was for, but there it was.
SOSSERY! count Nil; one “sorcery” from Arthur.
GAYWATCH! Negligible. They really stop making the effort about midway through each series.
