So this Sunday we did something awesome. All 4 of us went to the Waffle House like we've been planning since we saw Jim Gaffigan make fun of it forever ago. The place should be twice as big seeing how jam packed it is on a Sunday morning...maybe that way the smoking section would actually be separate from the NON smoking half--Luckily, the Cancer

My excitement level for SF4 is still going strong. :P

I just won an auction on a Hori EX2 stick, and I have a supplier ready for when I want to replace the buttons, the balltop, and the restrictor plate. I'm sure I'll do that eventually. :)

admittedly, I had just seen a video on youtube demonstrating the new Focus Attack system and it nicely displayed a bunch of high flying combo nonsense--and in turn, it almost completely juiced my anticipation back up =P

I have to ask though, what kind of difference can you expect in the button change? I know the EX2 has convex buttons (round top). Are you going for the concave (sunken in) feel?

From what I've read, the Sanwa buttons are quite a bit more sensitive, and will last alot longer. (They're still convex buttons.) But the main reason I want to change them out is because I want to change the artwork and have the balltop and button colors look nice with it.

Perhaps something like this.

It's not something I'll be doing immediately, though.
