Thank you storyfan for posting, it´s very interesting. I agree with Josh Lanyon that movie Don and Timmy and book Don and Timmy are completely different people. The only thing that they have in common are their names. I have read all the DSM novels of Richard Stevenson and like them very much, but I LOVE movie Don and Tim and I am forever thankful to Chad Allen, Sebastian Spence and Ron Oliver to create Don and Timmy as they did!!!!! Don´t get me wrong I like Richard Stevenson´s novels, but he writes the relationship of Don and Timmy for my taste a little to detached. On the other hand I love Josh Lanyon as a writer and have read most of his books. I adore his "Adrian English series" and often when reading about his characters and relationships they are reminding me so much of movie Don and Timmy and I think that therefore I am appreciating them so very much :-)
