Chloe O'Brian in the 100 Greatest / Most Memorable Female TV Characters but no mention of Michelle Dessler? Michelle was a much better character both in terms of writing and most especially, in how she was played. If Chloe is going to be in the top 100, Michelle should most certainly be. That's my litmus test. If she doesn't make a list of best female tv characters, the people are smoking crack.

Chloe? Sure she's on that list - as Jack's lap dog. But I agree, any top 100 female characters list has to include Michelle. And, if you ask me, Fiona Glenanne from Burn Notice. As far as versatile female characters go, these two are top of my list.
