Dude, I've been writing a shitload of songs lately. Tonight i wrote one full one, tweaked two others, and started a third one. I don't know what it is, but the guitar is just working for me lately. You can't just play guitar all the time, you need to struggle and suffer and get beat to the ground and pissed on before you're screwed up enough so that you can write a decent song. And THAT is where real emotion comes from, and THAT is where real songs come from.

Yeah, yeah, been there, done that. I have emotion. I have passion! I have sexual urges that only a sex goddess could satisfy!

And Ben, I could split it with one person with a semi-full time job and pay for it. They rent those places out really cheap for people who need to get back on their feet. The biggest part is bills. Water, electricity... So I'd just have to cut back on showers and tv and stuff.
