We had a problem with one of the FWA speakers Sunday evening. We realized the mids and tweeter wasn't working on the Right side. Long story short, the fuses were fine, and we couldn't find anything 'wrong' with it, unless we blew the tweeter.. but the mid range driver didn't work either, so it was a bit perplexing ( Read more... )

Yeah, feedback would definitely do that. I would like to offer my assistance for FWA 2011. I am a sound student and am about to graduate with my second bachelor's degree. I know how to set the speakers up so that the feedback doesn't happen and saves the speakers.

Please let me know whether you would want me to help out with the sound system for next year or not. ( would be more than willing to volunteer and help out with the sound system.

Awesome! We actually do need a few folks to help that have been around it a bit.

I'm not sure any amount of EQ will help when you hold a wireless lav 1' in front of the speaker ;)

You should volunteer through our Volunteer coordinator (Volunteering@furryweekend.com) for 2011. Get in touch with her and we'll go from there!
