Yeah, I had to fire someone today who worked hard and was really a cool guy. I feel like crap, but there was nothing I could do... =(

Luckily, when I was in a position to fire people, I never had to fire anyone I liked. I even got to rehire people I liked quite a bit. Even so, firing people sucks.
