My blog is a bit like a wilted plant at the moment, it needs lots of sun and water, or posts and comments, to pirk it up.  I’ve been rather busy with various things and they’ve all been eating up my time.  Time that I should be spending productively writing things like this.  Hmmm

I was listening to something on Radio 5 Live about property in London and they were saying that there are two parts that still represent good value for money, and the expert was suggesting we all snap places up in Pimlico and SE16 zone.

Anyhow, great to hear from you. I so miss hearing from you Nick. Good to hear things are going well for you.

SE16 I can understand there are some great value places there, but they don't come up that often. Haven't seen anything in Pimlico yet.

If I were a property tycoon I would buy in deptford, as I think it's going to be going up in the world very soon. Lots of bars and shops, pretty good transport and not as dodgy as new cross!
