Well things are moving well on the flat.  I've got employment and landlord references done, and have the funds ready to pay my combination of deposit, rent and fees which will punsih my bank balance.  We just need to fill in tenancy forms/sign contract and transfer the money and we're in!  Hopefully no one will beat us to it

sounds like a plan. I've just come back from dinner with my brother. Have seen a bit more of the area now and its fantastic. I can't wait to move in!

haha, considering it's quite a compact space their is a surprising amount of space. Nice to have a non white fridge too! Once I have my le creuset in the kitchen, a few guitars in the living room, and a few photos on the wall it will be a lovely little pad!

Cheers. Yeah I think it is a really important thing to concentrate on and not enought time is spent on it, though not at the fault of the teachers of course.

I'm really excited about the flat, I've signed the contract, and should be moving in on Friday!
