Where to go for help with LiveJournal
LiveJournal support, oddly enough. I don't work for them any more. Even when I did, I didn't like it when people I didn't know asked questions in my journal, instead of using the support page.
If you would like to ask me a question about swapping journal names, renaming journals, or anything else about LiveJournal, and you're not on my friends list, please ask LiveJournal support.
If you are on my friends list, you're probably better off clicking that link anyway, because I've been known to go to sleep, or not check my email for a couple of days, while support operates 24/7. However, I understand that sometime people prefer to deal with people they know. So, if you actually know me, feel free to comment or email me.
Requests for technical help from people I don't know will be deleted without answer, explanation, or apology.
