Splenda is the only artificial sweetener (well, man-made) that my body can handle for now. I say "for now" because aspartame didn't bother me, either, but it built up in my body and created an allergy. I suspect it would only be a matter of time before it happened with Splenda, too.

I don't like 90% of the products containing Splenda. I like the Diet Coke with Splenda, and I like using Splenda on fruit sometimes. But for the most part, I stick with regular old sugar.

I do use Stevia now and then, which is recommended by my chiropractor. I like it, but not in everything.

I liked Splenda at first (when I had a 7up Plus and discovered it accidently,) but then it just became too sickly sweet to me.

Stevia is good, but can be kind of expensive. I think that's probably where we are heading, though. Aspartame gave me headaches and god knows what else...don't like that stuff at all!
