My muse ran off, screaming...
I think my Carson/Rodney muse ran off the last time I checked my flist and all she saw were McSheppy bits. I heard her scream in horror and that was it. *sigh*
Now I'm sitting here, abandoned, lost and alone, a big big girl in a big big world... Um, I think I got sidetracked... anyway, here I am, bereft of sweet (Scottish) guy on (Canadian) guy love.
But maybe you can help me drag her back, right where she belongs, my unfaithful muse?
Here I bring you a couple of prompts from my big Rodney/Carson table, asking your help. To get over my writer's block, I'd like to write a couple of drabbles or shorter stories, up to 1000 words. What I'd like you to do is to pick one or more of these prompts and combine them with other prompts.
Give me a context, a name, a place or something else. Keep in mind that it's for a Rodney/Carson table, though I'm flexible enough to write them boys with, say, Radek, Ronon, Teyla, Elizabeth, Cadman or maybe even Jack O'Neill. If you need to throw Sheppard at me, I might give it a try. But don't be surprised if he ends up weeping his eyes out, because he was too cool and Rodney ends up happily in Carson's arms. *g*
Oh, and don't worry, if someone already "took" the prompt you wanted to take. Give it a shot, who knows, maybe I come up with two replies? :) Though, once I've written a bit for a prompt, it's done.
