if you're not feeling nauseated, i would recommend more frequent, smaller meals, startchy foods to absorb some of the excess stomach acid that you clearly have rolling around in there, and lauren's ginger tea. (ginger tea out of a box works fine for me, but lauren is the master of this stuff.)
also, this seems stress-related. if it doesn't weird you out, i would recommend trying to do some meditation. just sit still and concentrate on your breathing for as long as you feel comfortable.
