I've found that the people who headhunt you through LinkedIn tend to have jobs that are a much closer fit to your skills. I can see you've filled in most of the CV-type stuff, which is a great start, but I would definitely recommend getting at least 3 recommendations on there, and also recommending a couple of people. When I'm looking at someone's CV, I will check their LinkedIn profile to see what people are saying about them - this usually shows their strengths. I check what they're saying about other people, because this shows me what they value.
Also I would make a big push to expand your network on there, the more people you're connected to, the more chance someone will find you.
It's a bit of a passive approach to job-hunting but it's a good compliment to actively searching on jobsite or whatever.
Yes, I need to spend a bit of time on this too. I wasn't too sure how useful LinkedIn is for finance roles or at the more senior level but anything is worth a go.
