I finished The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell a couple weeks ago (Good, but I like Freakonomics better. I got The Tipping Point for $7 at a used book store. Man I love those places! The last week was so much fun-- bridesmaiding at Caellin and Jacob's BEAUTIFUL wedding in Carmel, visiting friends in SLO for a few days . . . we made a massive dinner Tuesday night, the girls served the boys. I had lunch with a projectmate, Lindsay Ringer, today at Santana Row. It's a really nice row of shops and restaurants in San Jose. We had amazing pizza and pasta, played a giant game of chess (the pieces are knee-high) and enjoyed Ben and Jerry's. I miss that girl. OEX was amazing; we saw God do great things! People were ANXIOUS to hear about Jesus and were excited to give their whole lives to Him! I miss the team, the nationals, the school, the exchange rate (haha), but PPD hasn't hit me this time around. Maybe because I know I'll be back again soon ( Read more... )
