Saturday was 24-Comic Day. I wish it had been more of a success. I did manage to produce 3 pages of my year-in-Gainesville memoir, which gets us through the breakup with Noah and Kim's intro and invitation to a keg party. I would really like to have a full mini-comic before the Comic-Con this July

goodness Nick, you do stay busy. but i've been busier of late than should myself...

here at the good ol' Office of Admissions, we had the annual Guidance Counselor Workshop yesterday, and i met your (and Ryan/Sarah etc) guidance counselor from Stanton (her name eludes me) she was so thrilled that i consort with Stanton's best and brightest.

remember when i asked if i could confide in you before, when i was having some rough (internal) times, but i never actually did? that offer still stand?

her name escapes me, but she said she was your mom's best friend-does that help? she had a lot of good things to say about you. rest assured i set her straight.

both of them could claim best-friendship with my mom. its unfortunate that i came up in conversation, as i have always felt like a massive disappointment to stantonians at large. they all seemed to have very high hopes for me, and i dashed them all to tiny little bits. sigh.
