Pax had yet another training to attend down south, somewhere called Milford. Orginally we were going to stay there, but I couldnt find a single tolerable hotel that didnt list roaches and bedbugs. Next we thought to stay in Richmond, which would have been ok, but our local friends were out of town so driving 2 hours south lost a lot of its appeal. ( Read more... )

What are your thoughts on the new trend of simplicification in ingredients comprising our food? There's an article in todays Post about it, even a picture of Haagen Dazs Ginger ice cream, which I just so hapen to have in my freezer (yes, its good). I went last night amd even with my doubts I got geared up and climbed their wall (which s harder than a regular gym wall). I actually got to the top! It was thrilling, empowering and a bit scary. But Im hooked!
