yeah, what's even worse is it happened right where EVERYONE speeds.

The exit from 205, on 11th street. Right before lammers. That long stretch before the stoplight.

I even pulled over before he put his lights on. Once he started the u-turn i pulled over and had my liscense and registration waiting for him when he got to me.

I'm sure i wouldn't be able to extend until I can take traffic school, I literally just went to traffic school... maybe 2 months ago?

But to extend long enough where the cop won't show, then contest the ticket. That would work!
