ahhh.....a sunset like that.... just cant be topped. it was to tempting to resist... i had to go run. have you ever got that feeling? a sight so beautiful you had to chase it down? that was for me today.... i saw nick nortons away message about the sunset and him running, so i looked outside and everything was orangish red, it looked soo good and ( Read more... )

I have to admit Nick, I admire you a lot. The way you can sink all of your fears, stress, worries, troubles, & sorrows into running.. like it's all a bad physical substance that you can get rid of my running harder & harder 'till it hurts.. what a great coping mechanism. That is truley admirable.

To answer your question I don't think I'm going to the Brevard camp you guys go to but I am going to North Carolina with the girls team. Where do you get information on the Brevard Camp though I always hear about it but I've never seen anything about it.

well i know about it cause thats where im from, but my coach has the packet and all that stuff for it... umm just i/m me and ill look up the site and give it to u. good race tho yesterday wish i could of went with u 2 but my knee poped out of place so all i could do was finish.
