Okay, I might have been able to live in that apartment.
...BUT.
It was really small, like a studio apartment with a added in wall just to make it a one bedroom--which made it almost impossible to get an actuall livingroom set-up in there. Also, this is the part that got me. The building doesn't have cable access, and Comcast won't even touch that building due to it being from the 1800s. So, instead I drove around and gathered about a dozen other numbers to call.
This sort of makes me sad, because that location kicked an ass and a half.
