the obsessively long entry
alright so i am back from the bahamas and well into the swing of the summer
alright so bahamas was pretty much amazing. pictures are available for you to be jealous of via facebook. we swam in the pool mainly, but did venture into the ocean a couple of times and went snorkling. It was pretty much the most beautiful relaxing vacation ever. also there was major eating, twice a day in super fancy restaurants. i remembered why vacationing with family is fun, they pay for everything and it allows you to go to places that you and your friends could never afford. we also kicked ass at the casino every night.
I work at shoprite m 4-9, w 4-9, and sat 9-2. Although I had to tell her if she needs people she can schedule me in the morning, otherwise it is going well. The movies gave me 45 hours this week, but I had to give away my sunday shift to go to diner with christina and my parents at Ron and Jeans. Plus i have to give away my monday because it conflicts with my shoprite hours, still it between the jobs I still have a full 45 for the week. I will eventually start getting paychecks again and can remember what it feels like to not be broke.
the ambition is increasing in some areas but fading rapidly in others. the desire to work is up. the desire to study o-chem is down. the desire to exercise is down. (mainly because we played tennis tonight and now I am sore, plus my feet hurt from working) the desire to eat better is up. (mainly because my parents do weight watchers which is based on a point system that i find interesting) the desire to travel this summer is down. the desire to save money this summer is up. the desire to ice skate is down. the desire to bowl is up. the desire to get my oil changed is down. the desire to wash my car is up. the desire to go to the shore is up. the desire to go to baltimore is down. (probably because my scott urge was partially filled by intense few days of game playing). my desire for even teams is up. (so anyone looking to replace scott please submit an application). my desire to get into pharmacy school is up. my desire to prepare for next semester's course load is down. my desire to clean my drawers and closet is down. my desire to cut my toenails is up.
we totally kicked the shit out of all the familys and birthday parties with our wicked bowling skills. alex invented a new happy dance. christina got a turkey. i contained my rage when a small boy threw his ball into my lane giving me a gutterball and causing me to lose to christina. scott was tall.
