good stuff! :D I refuse to spend the amount of money the D700 has gone up to at the moment, and am biding my time, see if it comes down again. I'm sure it will, and if it doesn't, then by the time I can afford it, I may just go further and get the D3. Can't say I'm tempted by the D3x anymore, the huge amount of megapixels seems to have made Nikon compromise on so much else... and I think I would rather stick around the 12-13 mp camp! :)

Have a lovely valentines day, I know we're not doing anything, can't get anywhere, lol, but we'll be together which is what matters I suppose!

I look forward to seeing pics taken with your shiny new camera, you'll love it I'm sure! :D :D

Well, if they've still got the D700 at duty free prices by Sept I can always pick you one up on the way to Canada :o)

I am deeeeeeply jealous! My D70 is really starting to frustrate me, what with the flash being crappy, having no proper wide-angled lens and my macro lens is now starting to stick! :( Mind you, I can't find anywhere to take nice pictures near me either lol!
Can't wait to see your photos :D
