Think the 'no animals were harmed...' bit refers to the rat that they 'electrocuted' at the pub ;) When they don't put those disclaimers in there's always one person who'll ring the Duty Office to complain I'll bet!

I love Jonathan Creek, well, really I love pretty much everything that David Renwick writes! Think my favourite ever solutions was the one where the 'murderer' turned out to be a squished fly on a fax message- I didn't guess that one ;)

According to the BBC website this one was first shown on 21st February 1998. Hadn't realised it was that long ago. Time flies, eh?

As for fashion, well, I did have one of those velvet shirts myself around that time. Quite possibly from River Island or somewhere like that! I think that the high waist trousers are much much worse in 'Touching Evil', she does Simon Cowell proud with some of the ones she has to wear in that :D

Yes, you're probably right about the rat thing! Completely forgot about that scene!

Just ordered Spooks series 3 :D (I've seen it, just not the normal version sadly - stupid Hallmark!) I'm looking into that Ian Rankin audiobook - looks interesting. My poor wages are so totally being abused!

Oh, and I watched Touching Evil last night. The make-up artists on Spooks did her no justice! Absolutely stunning. Billie Piper has just been replaced unfortunately. It's a shame that Nicola gets so little publicity.

I actually just download this today - I was thinking about uploading it though. Maybe setting it uploading tomorrow?
