the short skirt, black tights and sensible shoes combination suits her well - although leads to the mistaken assumption that she’s a pupil.

*rolls eyes* Men and that schoolgirl thing! :P

Estranzia and Geography. With this bit and the later comments on the utter uselessnes of Geographers in S2, I wonder if it was The Moff's worst subject at school? ;)

S1 suffers a bit too much from Slatt hysteria. When David Bamber cuts out a lot of the theatrics in S2 it's so much better. I do love the first episode a lot though with Suzy trying to convince herself that she's a teacher, never mind the staff and pupils! And I had hope for Dan/Suzy in the first series [hell, anyone but Jason Cockfoster!] too :)

The bits I like most in Episode 2 were with Suzy and Amanda Tripley. Amanda just makes me laugh anyway but her having invented her whole class and then she continues to act like they're present even when Suzy is there - "Cover your ears, Gwendoline!" - is fabulous :)

Slatt is great, particularly when matched with Suzy, it's just that S2 Slatt is so much better it's hard not to be critical of him in S1!
