Yesterday, I saw a bit of an episode of Ellen and she was making fun of a new trend where teenagers are dying their hard gray, which was news to me... Going through a thesis defence was a very intense experience, but all turned out well - great actually! All compliments from the examining committee, they seemed to love my thesis, my presentation, & my answers. I was not asked to do a single change, not even a typo! I could never have imagined such a positive outcome.
