We upped the price $10K to $210K as the seller requested but we pushed back/up on the closing day/move-out day for him. He wanted Feb 1st and we're asking Dec 31st. Mark, the realtor for Larry and us as well, states that Larry is seriously considering it. We had to state that we could not afford the other 5 ac lot and to sell it to the other
