and now, we are getting our first contractor in Monday for estimates to see if we can stay within our $30K rehab budget. Of course, Mark and then Larry also wanted copies of the inspector's report. No matter how often we explain the process to Larry, we think he wants to fix things himself or using his buddies, not understanding the 203K rehab loan

So what did the first contractor say? Have you had another one come out to get a second quote? Why is Larry moving to Mexico? Why is water wet? So many questions...
