Well I'm learning what I like and can eat and what I can't eat. I'm pretty much on the PRAT diet, it's all I crave. Potatoes, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast. It's all that cooperates with my tummy too. I discovered recently that my body is not digging milk products. I can have a little bit, but more than a cup and I'm feeling it. I've had to say
