Just posting very quickly to let you know that I'm alive and unhurt after the events of last Tuesday. Christmas was great - fairly quiet, but that's not a bad thing. I think it could very well be my grandmother's last. She's very frail and very very confused, which is sad. I just don't see her getting through the next winter ( Read more... ) -

So, new government. Like I said last night, I'm not surprised, but I am wary. John Key has made some interesting statements in the past, and I'm very, very worried about what this new government is going to do to legislation around working conditions.
