last nite i went over to a friends house in a hooded sweater too cold for even that. (when will i give up and wear my winter jacket? NO!!!!) scary movies and too much wine. oh but how much is too much wine really? came home drunk again. ferny hates me, oh i'm quite sure of it.

in any event. it felt damn good.

i rode my bike around last night in a sweater with a long sleeved shirt under it. i think im just refusing to admit im cold because, really, this isnt *that* cold when you come from somewhere that gets snow ans hits zero, right? surely you agree with me. but, i came to the realization that if i am going to be biking around everywhere i am going to have to have a scarf and some gloves. and i hate both of those things so much. sigh. maybe ill just go without and act all hardcore. its easy to do tbat around sharin atleast because she thinks fifty is cold. is ferny the same way? ha

i know. i try to remember what it was like when i was walking to work and it was 40 below zero. but still. cold sucks. altho i am actually looking forward to this winter. the summer was way to hot for me and sunny. winter seems like it will bee a cave this year that i can crawl into. yeah ferny is a total baby abt the cold. fucking SoCal kids. you know. ha
