As much as I'm ready to leave my company, I'm finding the prospect of talking with recruiters surprisingly intimidating.

It could have something to do with being at my company for 17 years. Juuuuuuust maybe.

Yes, I am now actively looking to get a new job and get out of the one I'm currently in.

There are a lot of contract opportunities, but I want something full time. Unfortunately, that's hard to come by within a reasonable distance from Oxford. I need to be patient, which doesn't help matters.
