I had someone say to me today, "you're an awesome woman, you know that, right?"... and I had the same reaction as when another friend (a real friend, by the way) said something along the lines of, 'you're amazing, you know that...'... NO, I DO NOT KNOW THAT. I'm just who I am. And I am, by NO means, awesome or amazing. In fact, I quite suck!

Honey, the thing is - you're a good person. Like, a really, truly good person.

Shockingly, and sadly, there aren't that many really, truly good people around.

So I get that you feel grumbly, and you don't feel like an amazing person. But you are. Because you're Nics. And you make me feel happy, and you look out for me, and you do random things to show me that I matter.

And that makes you amazing.

So suck it up and deal with it! =D
