now that i've got a little bit of time on my hands:

i'm going to cut everything into sections so that i don't take up too terribly much room on your friends pages. you can pick days that you want to read if you're not up to reading the whole thing. :)

steve's for the entirety of last weekend:

last friday:

went to school (don't ask me to remember what happened there). after school, steve and i stopped by his house for a little bit, changed to look pretty for the antique show, and went to the villa. the show was fun that night because i got to see how absolutely incredible deedee gillett really is. after being there before the show was all put together and then seeing the rooms and rooms full of antiques with beautiful paintings lining the walls in the hallways, i think that everyone was able to appreciate what hard work such a small group of people had to do for the show. steve and i took a break after a while and got subway (and were cute but obnoxious to claire and brennan) and headed over to given's for our regular milkshakes. mmm..good dinner. after that, we sped back to the villa in order to climb onto the roof of the house and announce the winner of the 50/50 over the bullhorn. that was fun. unfortunately, i realized that i left my purse at given's, so when steve and i left the show for the night, we stalked allison mayhew (cause she works there, if you weren't aware), but we weren't very successful. after that, we went back to steve's and eventually got to sleep.

last saturday:

as much as i wanted to punch him at the time, it was cute to be woken up by a little 6-year-old stephen gillett. it was not cute, however, that we needed to leave very quickly after showering to go to the villa. i blame him fully for my lack of straight, attractive hair. :) anyway, saturday was the best day at de villa because i totally got a radio and was given the title of "delta 7" by todd and the guys. since i was supposed to greet the dealers in the house, i ended up running into todd (who was keeping the building free of fire hazards) and stayed with him for a while. steve, sam, and timmy eventually found us. since, after a couple of hours, the five of us seemed to be of little use, we peaced and picked up stephen and winn (sp?) so that the kids could play for a bit at steve's. then, steve and i went to get pizza for lunch and ate after a while. we went back to the show with tim and sam to "help out"/guard expensive valuables in the carriage house. tim had fun with his spray paint and we helped ourselves to some grub. steve and i also picked out things that would/wouldn't look good on our loft. after leaving the villa, we went back to steve's for a nap. then, we bought a tent and a coffee pot that doesn't fit the coffee maker (you know, the usual stuff to buy on a saturday night) and then met the whole family + deedee's friend elizabeth at olive garden for a late dinner. mmm..salad and breadsticks. after that, we went back to steve's and slept after a while.

sunday:

steve woke up at a reasonable hour (not as violently as the day before) and i decided to make amazing chocolate chip pancakes for the gillett boys, so we showered and then i got started on that. after breakfast/lunch (since it was around 1:30), steve and i went outside and worked on worsh on the laptop in the sun. then, i went to rehearsal for APOMH and went to sheetz with the sarahs for some dinner. then, shutt dropped me back off at steve's and i continued our work. when he got back from mr. ecg rehearsal, i totally got a preview of the HOT dances that they were doing for the show! then, we did even more friggin' outlines until steve decided (around 12) that i would stay over again instead of going home. we did my laundry so that i could just bring my clothes from the weekend to FL the next day, and then we hung out a little bit before going to bed.

all in all, it was an amazing weekend. one that i will never forget and would give anything to experience again and again. oh steve.

florida state, bitches!

monday:

after the alarm didn't go off in steve's room and we were a little late getting ready, i surrendered to the fact that i would look like crap during the little bit of school that i would attend for the day. i made sam shove into the back of the satty, which i still feel really bad about, and we headed off to school after showering. i totally stressed my way through all of my classes, knowing that i would have assloads of work to do during/after the trip. i left in the middle of sr. acting and mom and i went to the j.crew outlet where i fell in love with my prom dress and bought a couple of other things. then, we got lunch and headed for raleigh. i slept with the sunroof open and got a little bit of sun. then, we flew from raleigh to nashville and had dinner. then, we went from there to jacksonville, where we checked into our hotel and i got excited about the beach. def slept like a baby that night.

tuesday:

after getting up and ready to see the FSU noles, we drove to tallahassee and visited the school. i really, really, reeeeally liked it. we talked to admissions, fin. aid, housing, and the friggin' head of interior design, eric weinnergreen. he was probably the most intelligent person that i've ever met in my life, and he made me want to get into the program there so much. he worked at tech for 12 years and said that fsu's program was better. AHHH. but anyway, the money is certainly a huge issue, as is the distance from home. so fsu, though i loved the campus/people/int. design program, is not lookin too hot. :( anyway, then we shopped for a little bit and drove back to the hotel. we got bee's take-out (because everything else in jax is friggin closed at 10pm!) and watched friends and fools rush in. oh matthew perry. eventually, i slept.

wednesday:

we got up and ready for some time at the beach. i got some pictures printed for myself/steve from the campus and then mom and i stumbled across the jax Joe's Crab Shack and got the clan+steve all t-shirts and bumper stickers. then, mom and i walked on the beach for a while and took some pretty pictures. after that, though, we totally got lost trying to get back to the airport and almost missed our flight! yeah. we did the same trip on the way back, and i flew on a total of 4 more planes. EXHAUSTING. i don't know if i could handle such a long trip every time i wanted to go home for the next 4 years. anyway, we got home at a reasonable hour and i crashed on my futon, after having not been home for 6 days.

the end of the week (at home--kinda):

thursday:

went to school, where i faced MAJOR stress from make-up work (after finally seeing steve in the morning..thank god). then, i went to j.crew with mom to buy my dress and more :). went home after that to tan and work on homework for a little bit before watching the OC. worked on even more work after that and then finally went to bed.

friday:

went to school, got a wonderful letter from steve, took my stats test after school (and i let murray grade it..i totally got a HUNDRED, bitches!!), chilled for 0.0032045 seconds with jeff and steve in the aud before heading to steve's for a second (we didn't even get into the house) and then going to get new stickers for the satty. since the line was too long and we were pressed for time, we decided to count the steps of the monument terrace, one by one. that was the cutest/cheesiest thing ever, and i really couldn't stop smiling the whole time we were climbing them. after that, i gave steve a massage, since the steel factory, though working wonders on his body, makes him hurt a lot. then, we found his outfit for mr. ecg and i went to laca with juss (though i didn't eat dinner). then, juss and i went to school and i chilled for a bit before the doors opened for mr. ecg. then, jeff invited me into the taped-off section of the aud to sit for the evening. everyone eventually showed up and sat to one side of us. the crowd for mr. ecg was gigantic, and i blame it totally on the calenders and the extremely handsome man on the first august page. the show was really good, and supposedly hilarious compared to other years. steve turned out to be wonderful, though i never had a doubt in my mind on that matter. i did get most of it on tape, if anyone wants to see it again or for the first time. oh yes, and i definitely won the free prom dinner for 4. SCORE. it's up to steve to decide what we do now that we have a choice of either an expensive dinner for free or a couple of hours with some of the best people at glass. after mr. ecg, steve and i sort of made it through dinner at laca without falling asleep (key words: sort of). then, we went back to his house, put on braveheart and slept. :) around 1, i went home.

today:

chels's 20th birthday! i worked 11-4 (which seemed like foooorever), got my paycheck, and went home. then, chels, bid, and i hung out for a bit and the casas ate a delicious dinner. then, chels opened presents and had to leave in order to get back to school for the night/work tomorrow. :( bid and i watched the OC after that and now i'm here, with this much time on my hands to write such an incredibly long entry.
