oh my gosh my ass hurts. i decided that for my daily exercise i would do more than the average crunches and such. so, at about 4:30 i started off to leipsic on nicks bike. boy was that a workout and a half. it took me almost two hours to do the whole 20 miles, but it was fucking awesome when i got done. needless to say my ass hurt ( Read more... )

Hmmm... yes, a not-so-pleasant situation indeed. I'll check my book of Dutch home remedies for any old world healing tips. For now you might try to duck tape a ziplock bag of ice cubes to your cross section and hope for relief.

Dude!!! I've missed you!!!! I love the stationary bikes at the gym, but those things will seriously kill your butt after a while. Atleast I'm a chick and don't have to worry about all the same problems. 45 minutes on those bikes and my butt kills... I can't imagine almost 2 hours. I wouldn't be sitting down for a while! I hate going to the doctors.... I have to be convinced I'll die if I don't go before I will even consider it. And even then. I've been known to take my chances. But anyway. Hope that things are going okay. You don't post often. I know I don't either. Ha. Guess I can't say much. So yeah. We should talk sometime. I've known you for a while now and we still haven't even had a conversation.... ;)
