Ignore this

I just watched the Tunnel's episode where Nino was guesting. I'm late, I know, but this is the only time which I'm free.

The second half of the show really got me angry. Maybe because the cook was a gentleman was from Hong Kong, but I'm sure I will be pissed no matter which country he came from, but I was outraged at how the host acted and treated the cook. So what if he cannot speak Japanese fluently even if he stayed in Japan for twenty years? You didn't need to laugh and demean him. And he married a local Japanese lady. How do you think she felt when you're openly making fun of him and laughing at the way he speaks? It's downright insulting.

Nino looked so uncomfortable when the host was saying that, and I would think that he would be ashamed to be in such company. He didn't seem like he was enjoying himself. Nino looked as if he laughed because he had to, because the rest were laughing, but he definitely did not look like he wanted to. And then, Nino defended the cook. Yes he did, he jumped in immediately, "Why does he need to know the language?" Taka as well, "Isn't it okay as long as the taste is fine?". Then they went on saying something about Ikebukuro, and the host pretended that he could not understand what the cook was saying. I say he pretended because Taka said, "You know that, don't you?" and Nino (again, and looking annoyed this time) asked, "Why did you pretend you didn't know? Don't act like that.". And the host did not stop there. He went on to say some tongue twister, which of course the cook could not follow (how could he?) and he laughed and laughed when the poor cook did it anyway.

And Nino showed that he enjoyed the food tremendously. He praised the food and the taste. And when someone pointed out that the noodles used were a bit different, and they started laughing (again) at the answer, Nino jumped in (again) and said, "What are you trying to say? It's thick noodles." It was so obvious he was on the cook's side and was challenging the stupid host.

Maybe it's just me, but I just felt that this had to be said.
