So, about that post I was going to make last week...heh.  Proper updatey post in the next day or so (no really) but before that, have this, stolen from pepperbeast  :)

Hahaha. I have posted about 10 different entries in it and gotten a different writer every time. The last ones were William Shakespeare and HP Lovecraft.

That's really quite interesting, that you're rather consistently one author in one mood and a second author in another. I played around with the site by plugging in excerpts of each of my LJ entries since the beginning of April. At first I too thought it must just be random, because my first two responses were also Stephen King and Margaret Atwood. (I know, shock, right?) Then I got a whole slew of Stephen King answers. When I got to the entries about possibly flunking out of school, it went to Kurt Vonnegut, and then one -- and this made me quit because I was so horrified and deeply offended -- was Dan Brown. I wish the creators of that site had provided access to information about how it analyzes your writing and what criteria lead to certain writers. Though I'm 100% with you in your ultimate assessment. ;-)

Yeah< I'd be interested to see the whys behind it too, also how many authors are actually in their selection.

I got Dan Brown on one of my entries too, and on the other tries Lovecraft and Nabokov. It made me want to quit blogging. ;)

It's a cute meme, though. :)
