So,  about that posting...thing.  I arn't ded!
Actual post is brewing, probably after Friday when my last uni exam has happened.  (I'm not going back next year, more when I actually post)  I hate Facebook SO HARD now, I never really liked it anyway, I just got sick of posting in a ghost-town.  But now I don't post at all, I just do random blips.

This is bad. I've developed an alarming tendency to compose the shortest sentences I can think of, because I'm used to a character limit, and I do appalling things to punctuation now. ... TOO MUCH FACEBOOK.

You should try Twitter! :D

I tried Farcebook for a lil' while because my family are on it and it seemed the "easiest" way of keeping in touch, but great gods almighty, what an appalling platform! I couldn't bloody stand the thing! Twitter, otoh, I've found I quite like. It's like haiku! :)

I like the idea of twitter, but although I have an account, I find that a) not enough of my friends use it to make it useful, and b) it has the same problem as facebook in that I find myself thinking in fragments in order to fit things into a post :p

The only reason I moved away from LJ at all was because FB had become the way all my friends kept in touch and up to date, and I suddenly found myself very much outside the loop, since apparently nobody even looks at email any more either :p I was one of the last people in my social circle to go over there, and I've never really liked it. The games are a good way to waste a day though :p The most recent update has broken it so badly though, I have hopes (albeit small ones) that some gentle nudging might lure some people back here.
