If you want the p'nut butter to actually be healthy you can only go with organic, or the couple of options that are just peanuts and have to be refrigerated. Jif and others are LOADED with hydrgenated oils, which are trans fats. It won't say they have them, but that is because the law does not make them say it yet. Trans fats are similar and worse than saturated fats. But the angle is correct, a healthy portion of unsaturated is key to health/weight loss.
