For the price of this down here, I could buy this or this or even this seven bedroom house in North Carolina!

Did I mention the going price for a one-bedroom apartment in Miami is $500,000?

Today I drove by a 50s house that is for sale. It's in medium-low condition, three bedrooms, 1400 sq ft. He wants $300,000 for it.

Nah, we're not moving. But this is the price for houses/condos where we live. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath 1300 sq ft villa would be $250k if we wanted to buy it.

You see those hosuses? We could get them for the same price.

then I won't tell you what it costs to live in CA... or how much we paid for our 2/2.5 condo last August! Let's just say $250K would be an extreme bargain here for what you've got!! :)

I've heard that Gateway boxes can be somewhat comfortable for two people to live in.
