poor scotty. looks like the earliest hud will approve is tuesday, then 10 more days for close, wire transfer, and registrering... so we will more likely be finalized after scotts bday in may. he's NOT happy. that's more rent to pay. more trotting weird craigslist people through our current home. it's just so stressful. i was down all day yesterday
