"Until Next Time"

Coasters resting in the drain
finally defeated by condensation.

Shadows painted.
The wind keeps changing on me.
I can't get my toes warm like my body.
My memories give me comfort.
My instinct makes me sick.
I can't even keep promises to myself.

She said that one made her cry.
The right film does that sometimes.
