I've already posted about this in the ratties community I belong to, but I wanted to post about it in my own journal, too, because I know some of you really liked Turd ( Read more... )

I'm sorry to hear about Turd. I think you picked a great spot to put him to rest. =) I'll miss the little fellow.

There's not really a right thing to say...
But I'm genuinely sorry you had to go through such a sad event.
And its even more touching that you reached out to Missy and sent her something so sweet when you yourself were so sad. (I don't know if she thanked you yet, because she's making something for you... So don't think she's ignoring the gift).
Its so nice that Turd got a tree...

Thank you Dana. :)

I didn't think she was ignoring it. And she made such a nice post for me today. You have an awesome girlfriend.

I thought it was nice, too, that Turd has a tree. :)

This makes me extremely sad...I actually am crying over this!
But I am glad he had such an amazing life with a super owner. The tree is gorgeous. :o)

Don't be too sad. Turd wouldn't want you to be sad. :)

Thank you. :)

Thank you :)

I have two hammies, too. You are bound to see pictures of their ridiculous cuteness soon enough.

Your icon is so cute!

Thanks! I actually used to have a ton of them in high school. My parents let me breed two of them. The 1st littler didn't make it (I guess they rarely do) but the 2nd litter made up for it with 13! That was quite a cageful! And my lucky number!

Here's another one of Nibbles, who loved to chew on things.
