Also I've read that it's very hard to get photos of them from behind, because they are constantly turning around to look at the camera/person holding the camera.

I did manage to get one of him from behind.. but it was more like a "from above" shot where you just happen to see his back. I'll try to remember to show you when I get home. :)

I completely agree, he's an adorable little bugger. I haven't seen a cute spider.. well.. ever. But, maybe I didn't get close enough. I agree, he looks so worried and paranoid! I like his green little stripes. What a handsome fellow.

Have you ever held a Tarantula? I really want to. I don't know if I could do it, but I think it would be neat.

He does, huh? Totally paranoid. They are so funny, too. They totally follow you around and just stare at you. They are the epitome of 8|. haha. The green stripeys are cool. They reflect the light, it's neat.

I've never held a tarantula, but I want to. I considered getting one, actually, but I don't know if I'd be freaked out by it or not. :S They're... BIG. :X

that is so darn cute. Too bad I can't get that close to one. They ALWAYS jump on my face when I look at them up close. My husband thinks I am making this up.

awww, seriously?! I've seen them jump, but never AT me.. they always seem to want to get away from me. Go figure. :X
