I was surfing for something online today and ran across this website: Basically, the idea is that people send their dogs to this island to run free and fend for themselves forever in a "natural" environment. But the more I read of the site, the more I wondered "is this for real?" Surely people don't actually buy into this bizarre idea. As a dog

When I was little, we had a dog named Pepper. He got that name by always getting into my moms garden and eating the green peppers. Well, we had to get rid of Pepper at one point and my parents told me that they gave him to a farmer with acres of land that he could run in.

For some reason, your post reminds me of that. I feel sad now. :P
