I love this! I love Dick being the focus of your story and how Clark and Bruce are already wrapped around the boy's little finger. ;)

Lex as the villain of the piece works very nicely.

Like the dark-haired man, one of the only ones who stayed after the fall, whose gaze never once landed on the mangled, broken bodies of Dick’s parents but remained focused solely on Dick, his expression shadowed and impossibly sad.

Oh, I really like the way you're writing Bruce in this one. His calling Superman to "confess" was hilarious and sweet. And your Luthor! He's so creepy and scary. Wonderful *runs off to read more*
