Mysterious Itch AGAIN

Had a recurrence of the weird itch reaction Tuesday (or was it Wednesday?) night. Was a big one too. The bump behind my left ear swelled up (so did the one behind my right, a little), my palms turned bright red (from rubbing them?), and the itch was everywhere. Took two antihistamine pills, which I don't usually do, so the feeling when they hit was

It sure sounds like an allergic reaction. Scary.

Wish I could pinpoint what I am allergic TO so I can avoid it.

Would be scarier if I showed any signs of anaphylaxis.

Um, first the lip swells and then stuff further back starts to swell...

I think a food and outdoor contact journal might be a good idea. Clearly, it isn't something you encounter often. At least a journal would help by narrowing down what >doesn't< cause it.
