You mentioned India, which of course made me think of Nepal, which made me think of Tihar (the BEST festival evah!) and my lovely Nepali family. Is it possible to feel homesick for a country you only spent 6 months in?

hi, nepal is amazing, you should soooo visit if you get the chance. and check out tibet while you're in the area!

Tibet is a must. Do it before the railway is laid down and totally destroys what little Tibetan culture is left.
